Unpleasant surprise

BlackVue user Jose sent us this video captured by his BlackVue LTE dash cam (buy the DR750X-2CH LTE Plus here) while he was at Walmart. He must have been very surprised when he came back from his shopping and saw the state his car was in! The left front side of the vehicle was severely damaged, and there wasn’t any note left from the culprit. Fortunately, his dash cam was recording and he was able to check what happened.

As it turned out, it was the truck parked next to Jose’s car that almost literally bulldozed through his car while getting out of their parking space! The driver got out and even checked what’s the damage before leaving (without waiting or leaving a note for Jose). Thankfully, the dash cam installed in Jose’s car was able to capture the truck’s license plate some time earlier, when they were parking. This allowed the police to track them down fairly quickly.
