Crash At The Intersection

He was driving from a long, 12-hour day at work, approaching an intersection. Anthony was driving under the speed limit and the light at the intersection was green. But then another driver from the opposite side decided to do a slow turn, leaving Anthony nowhere to go and crashing into his Mustang. Anthony’s car was a racetrack and show car, which won many trophies and plaques. Assumptions about young driver cleared

“At first they looked at me funny because I’m a young looking guy with a fast mustang, so assumptions were made. I was able to put the other driver at fault right there on the scene and in the police report,” Anthony told us. This is a similar situationto a video we shared previously, when young driver involved in an accident was cleared of any fault after providing BlackVue footage.

The footage also helped his lawyer make the case and deny the injury claim the other driver tried to make against Anthony. He was deemed 100% at fault because of this BlackVue video. The BlackVue dash cam is now installed in Anthony’s replacement car – it was the first thing he installed there.
