The Formula Drift Long Beach 2016 event packed a lot of surprises, first with an unusually rainy weather adding a layer of complications, and then with Chelsea Denofa winning his first ever competition, followed by last years’ two top drivers Fredric Aasbo and Ken Gushi respectively in second and third positions.
Formula Drift drivers live for their fans, and as the perfect crowd pleasers they are, all round of 16 competitors gave a demonstration of their skills before the final showdown. Enjoy the show!
About Formula Drift presented by BlackVue:
Judged on execution and style, rather than who finishes the course in the fastest time, Drifting is where Action Sports meet Motorsports, and is often compared to the freestyle nature of skateboarding and motocross. With BlackVue as the presenting sponsor of the series, fans the world over are now able to ride along with their favorite drivers, right from the free BlackVue C app, thanks to BlackVue dashcams installed in the competitors’ cars and connected to BlackVue Cloud.
