If you are, you might be wondering what cables and accessories are going to be compatible. ;

Power Cables

Good news! Most power cables are compatible. ;

Only exceptions: DR750LW-2CH and DR490L-2CH power cables. ;

Video Cables

The DR900S-2CH uses a coaxial video cable to connect the rear camera to the front unit. ;

Any DR750S-2CH, DR650S-2CH, DR650GW-2CH or even DR750LW-2CH coaxial cable will be compatible. ;

DR590W-2CH, DR590-2CH, DR490L-2CH, DR490-2CH all use analog video cables: those are not compatible with the DR900S (and other models above).

Mounts

This one can be a bit trickier to figure out.

Front camera mount: the DR750S Series front camera mounts are compatible with the DR900S Series. ;

All others are not compatible (the DR650S and DR650GW front mounts do look similar to the DR750S and DR900S front mounts on the outside but they will not fit properly).

To recognize the model, look at the inscription on the mount.

• DR900S: BLACKVUE CLOUD, 4K UHD
• DR750S: BLACKVUE CLOUD, FHD 60FPS
• DR650S: BLACKVUE CLOUD, FULL HD
• DR650GW: BLACKVUE WI-FI, FULL HD

Rear camera mount: the rear camera mounts from past models are all compatible except for the DR490L-2CH rear camera mount. ;

Rear/Interior cameras

The DR900S-2CH and DR750S-2CH rear cameras share the same specifications and design.

Other models’ rear cameras are not compatible with DR900S-2CH. ;

IMPORTANT: the 1CH models do not include a port for a rear camera. This means if you own a DR750S-2CH and want to reuse its rear camera, you must choose the DR900S-2CH. ;

Example: if you own the DR590-2CH, you will be able to reuse the Power Cable (with DR900S-1CH/2CH) and the rear camera mount (with the DR900S-2CH rear camera).

Other accessories

Tamper-Proof Case (BTC-1A, BTC-1B): the Tamper-Proof Case is compatible with DR900S Series (as well as DR650GW, DR650S, DR750S Series). ;

Parking Mode accessories: Power Magic Pro, Power Magic Battery Pack and Power Magic Ultra Battery are all compatible with the DR900S Series.
