Backed into another car

BlackVue user Renato Paulinia stopped before an entry to a parking lot. Another car was backing up out of its spot at the same time. The driver either didn’t see or didn’t check if there was someone behind her and she hit the BlackVue user’s car.

Both parties got out of their vehicles to assess the damage and the lady immediately blamed the BlackVue user for the accident. She claimed that he shouldn’t have been where he was and it was illegal to stop behind her.
