Failed to stay in lane

BlackVue user Gavin sent us the footage recorded by hisBlackVue DR770X dash cam. He was driving in the left lane (going straight) when a white car failed to stay in theirs, crashing into Gavin’s car. The white sedan spun around and finally stopped on the side of the road.

Dash cam footage proves who was at fault

While the crash looked pretty straightforward, the dash cam footage came in handy. The driver of the white car tried to claim that it was the BlackVeu user who hit them, not the other way around. The video from the dash cam cleared the doubts immediately. Both the police and Gavin’s insurer found the other party 100% at fault.

Gavin told us: “As a final result my car was fixed free of charge by my insurer and the driver of the white car was charged with several offences, and had to pay all costs after the police investigation.”
