Hit and run followed by a car chase

YouTube userScott Wang shared a video of a hit and run recorded by his BlackVue DR750LW-2CH dashcam. The situation captured by the dashcam was rather unusual though – what we see in the video is the stuff of which movies are made! After the Toyota driver hits the Jeep of the BlackVue owner while trying to change line, he tries to run away. He doesn’t go far, as he loses control over the vehicle and crashes into the railing. Still, even though the BlackVue owner catches up to him he… just drives away.

Second offense and DWI

The BlackVue owner was able to get the plate number and inform authorities. The culprit was quickly found and as it turns out, it was his second offense. He was charged for driving while intoxicated.
